The house in the Berkshires was wonderful. The location and the view were our favorite features! The house was very clean when we arrived. Working with Evergreen Home Vacations was great. We stayed several nights in the newly renovated cottage and highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.  Everything you need for a comfortable visit has been provided and the space is well designed and immaculately kept.

The location is private and quiet, but super convenient to Great Barrington's amenities.  (If you love steak,  do try the restaurant "No. 10" on Castle Street. Great food and service).

Evergreen was totally professional and most helpful to deal with in their rental process and subsequent communication.

We just spent 6 weeks at the Ashley Falls cottage in addition to being there last summer. The house is kept immaculate and the upgrades over the last year included new countertops and flooring. The house is very convenient to everything the Berkshires has to offer like Tanglewood, Shakespeare theater, Norfolk music festival and several area golf courses. A lovely small house in Egremont, MA
Which my husband and I rented for the summer. It had a full kitchen with a dish washer and a washer and dryer. Everything was in good shape and well taken care of. This is a wonderful house in a very attractive location. Beautiful rural location but near all of the Berkshire entertainment venues and close to shopping. Full set of modern appliances and modern furniture.  Excellent Wifi. Great pool, very quiet, and congenial walking opportunities.  We look forward to staying here again.
